The site is a static professional CV. It does not run a newsletter, payment checkout, or user accounts. Linked training certificates (for example HIPAA awareness and CITI human subjects research) describe courses completed by the site owner; this website is not a covered entity and does not claim institutional HIPAA or clinical-trial certification.

What this site collects

The contact form sends your name, email address, and message by email to [email protected]. The website does not store a copy of the message. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a bot check before send; that check is processed by Cloudflare. Delivery then happens through the mail server. You can also write directly to the address above.

The web server and CDN (Cloudflare on the apex hostname) typically log IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and operations. Retention follows those providers’ and the host’s defaults.

This site does not embed Google Tag Manager, Google Maps, or PeoplePerHour widgets. First-party pages do not set analytics cookies. Your browser may still store TLS or CDN cookies from infrastructure providers. If you change the colour scheme, the choice is stored in your browser only (localStorage) so the next visit can keep it; it is not sent to this server.

Public contact details

Name, city, email, and telephone number are published because this is a professional profile. PDFs in Download/ may contain the same details. The 2018 CV PDF is an old snapshot.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK you may ask what mailbox copies we hold about an email you sent, and ask for erasure of copies we control. Write to the address above. Hosting and Cloudflare have their own privacy notices.
