Methods software

As a post-doc at Indiana University I worked on calibration of immunoassays used in malaria vaccine research. That work led to the R package drLumi, of which I am a co-author. The package was archived on CRAN on 23 April 2020 (maintainer email bounced). Former versions remain in the CRAN archive.
