My recent work.

As a post-doc in Indiana University I was working on calibration of immunoassys. Those assays are used in the study of malaria vaccines. As a result we developed R package called drLumi.

Currently I work on a paper describing usage of Bayesian methods in standard curve estimation. Those curves are used for the calibration of immunoassys. You can find here more details about immunoassys methodology.

Bayesian methods in the context of standard curves estimation are nicely described the following paper by Fong et al.
